1. Initial 1-hour conversation - FREE

   • What problems are you looking to solve?

   • What are your goals?

2. 1-hour discussion with a high-level overview of solution(s) - FREE

   • Overview of the solution options

   • Timeframe to create the solution

   • How will the solution be rolled out? e.g. a 2-hour workshop at your office

   • How will we work together on the solution? e.g. co-creation, regular touchpoints, etc.

   • Price and agreement to proceed (a further session may be required if major changes are required to the selected solution).
