Q. Can I combine a number of change initiatives?
Yes, you have the flexibility to combine a number of these:
Parallel running - Some organisations will have limited capacity to deploy change and need more time. The option to run in parallel can be explored in this case, but this will usually take longer.
Sequential running - If you would like more than one change, a custom proposal can be built. An option to work for an open time period, such as 3 months, is also available. This may suit a more complex environment.
Q. Is there a fixed cost for rolling out each change?
An indicative timescale has been added to each of the offerings. A more detailed breakdown will be provided following discussions.
