About this course

There is a lot of talk about Kanban in the software industry. Most people have been exposed to it in some form or another. In my experience few teams are using it well, especially those in a Scrum environment. More than this flow is important at the portfolio level to avoid teams grinding to a halt. This course demonstrates why Kanban works by starting with a simulation of inefficient working.
